I started my career in stores, where I learned that every decision ultimately lands with the customer. That perspective has shaped the way I lead ever since. Today, I'm most interested in understanding why customers connect with brands and what keeps them relevant over time. The strongest businesses align brand, product, customer, and commercial strategy around one authentic story.
As my responsibilities expanded beyond merchandising into product, brand, marketing, ecommerce, operations, partnerships, executive leadership, and media, so did my perspective. Each opportunity challenged me to understand another part of the business, ask better questions, and connect decisions across functions. Working across diverse channels, consumer segments, categories, and business models has shaped the way I think and lead.
I founded MGF & Partners because I love building and transforming businesses. It allows me to partner with founders, CEOs, investors, and leadership teams to solve complex challenges, create clarity, unlock opportunity, and turn ambitious ideas into measurable results.
